Pamela, Delegated Access provides you with a connection to your student's academic records. To view and receive the tuition bill, your son needs to give you access as an Authorized Payer. These are two different systems and two different processes. After your student completes the request, you should receive an email with a temporary password.

Fall tuition is set in mid-July and the tuition bill will be emailed to your student's Penn State email address. If you are an Authorized Payer, you will also receive an email.
