- Resume and cover letter editing and development
- Job and internship searching
- Interview preparation and mock interviews
- Online resources use, such as Nittany Lion Careers, LinkedIn, and our Career Resource Center resources

How do I get started?
Penn State Career Services is actively seeking interested, current Penn State undergraduate students (first, second, and third-year students) for Peer Career Assistants with a training start date in the Spring 2022 semester and an employment start date of Fall 2022.
- Students of all majors with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others are encouraged to apply
- Peers will work between 8-12 hours weekly during business hours at the Bank of America Career Services or IST Career Solutions and Corporate Engagement Office,
- Selected applicants must successfully complete a one-credit course during the spring semester, 2-3 hours of weekly observation hours outside the course, and complete a 2-day training session prior to the start of the fall semester
