Student Account Statements
Student Account Statements are available electronically at the beginning of each month, starting in August for Fall Semester, January for Spring Semester, and May for Summer Semester. For the Fall 2023 Semester, statements will be available the first week of August and will be due on August 28, 2023. Your student can select “My Finances” from the Student Home Base in LionPATH and then “Manage My Account/Make a Payment” to view the statement and make payments. If the balance is not paid by the due date, a delinquent hold will be placed on the account which will prevent registration for future semesters and a 1.5% late fee of the total outstanding balance will be charged to the account.
Authorized Payer Access
The Authorized Payer Access allows your student to grant you the ability to view and pay the Student Account Statement, enroll in the Installment Payment Plan, and access the IRS Form 1098-T. Our office will only be able to discuss your student’s account with you and answer your questions if you are listed as an Authorized Payer. Your student can enter more than one individual as an Authorized Payer for their account. Authorized Payer Access is a separate access account and is in addition to the Delegated Access your student may have already granted you through LionPATH for academic information.
